After beating FAMU last week, this week ultimately determine if UM can compete for the ACC title. They play UCF and I must say they answered all the doubters, haters and people who thought they cannot compete. Sophomore, Jacory Harris threw for 293 yards, completing 20 of his 26 passes and completing a touchdown. Also, Senior Javarris James rushed for another touchdown topping his 2,000 mark for the year. The Hurricanes also had help from GA Tech who defeated VA Tech which means all 3 teams now have one loss. At this rate the sky is the limit and the doors are knocking and the Canes are looking to entered.
Now lets be real. Has UM been winning becasue they have been playing "Low Quality" Teams. Look at the schedule. Since FSC their first real challenge will be Clemson. Could it just be luck of the draw that gives them their winning season?
ReplyDeleteWWWRRROOONNGG. UM has played FSU, GA TECH and VT Tech. The rest of the schedule seems to be easier becasue they already played the hard teams. UM is in a hard division and after the new polls come up they deserve to stay in the top 10.
ReplyDeleteUM's has had if the not the toughest schedule to start, The biggest test this season was against Oklahoma who came close to beating # 2 Texas..the Hurricanes have beaten back to back ranked teams and considering the way GA Tech beat Vir Tech the ACC is up for grabs, with the Hurricanes claiming the title at the end of the season as long as J Harris is under the center as their QB!!
